How can I join the rewards program?
Joining our rewards program is easy and completely free.
- If you already have a Canine Styles account, simply log in with your existing credentials to start earning points.
- New to Canine Styles? Just sign up on our website and you'll be on your way to collecting rewards.
It's that simple to begin enjoying the benefits of our loyalty program!
How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy and fun! Here are some ways to start collecting:
- Join our program (200 points welcome bonus!)
- Shop with us
- Celebrate your birthday
- Connect on social media (Facebook and Instagram)
These are just a few examples. For a complete list of point-earning activities, check out the "Ways to earn" section in our rewards widget, located in the bottom left corner of our website.
Remember, you don't need to make a purchase to start earning. There are plenty of ways to rack up points and enjoy the perks of our program!
Where can I check my current points?
After you log in to your account, you can view the point balance in two places:
- at the bottom of your account page, or
- in our rewards widget, located in the bottom left corner of our website.
Both places will show your current points, so you can easily keep track of your rewards.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming your points is easy:
- After you log into your account, open the Rewards widget (bottom left corner of the site).
- Click "Ways to redeem" to see available rewards.
- Choose a reward and click the "Redeem" button if you have enough points.
- You'll get a unique coupon code - copy it or click "Apply code" if you're ready to shop.
- Use the code at checkout or save it for later.
Your redeemed rewards stay in your account under "Your Rewards" until you use them. We'll also email you the code for safekeeping.
Can I use my reward coupons with ongoing sales or promotions?
Reward coupons can't be used with other sales or promotions.
Why aren't my points showing up after completing an action?
Don't worry! Points can take 5-15 minutes to appear in your account. If you still don't see them after that time, please email us at bark@caninestyles.com and we'll look into it for you.
Do my points expire?
No, your points don't expire. You can accumulate and keep your points for as long as you like without worrying about them disappearing. This gives you the flexibility to save up for bigger rewards or use them whenever you want.
What happens if I use a reward coupon with an order and then return that order? Do I get my reward back?
Unfortunately, once a reward coupon has been used at checkout, it cannot be reissued.
How can I refer a friend?
To refer a friend:
- After you log into your account, open the Rewards widget (bottom left corner of the site).
- Find your referral URL in the "Refer your friends" section.
- Share your URL via copy/paste, social media, or email.
When your friend uses your link:
- They'll get a discount code by email.
- After they make a purchase, you'll receive your reward.
Check the "Your rewards" panel to view all your earned rewards. Remember, more referrals mean more rewards for you!
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
When you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be automatically removed from your account.
