The zip top of the carrier offers easy entry and exit, and if desired, the carrier also features strategically placed magnetic snaps that securely close, as well as a window-like front opening or open top tote. Additionally, each carrier is accompanied by a removable pillow and tether strap, ensuring your pet is kept secure.

- For standard shipping, we ship within 2 to 3 days of an order placed. Special order and custom beds will take longer and are indicated on the product detail page.
- All domestic orders (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) are shipped via UPS and will arrive within 5 to 7 days.
- International orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS (The United States Postal Service).
Please note that personalized items need up to 5 extra business days for production. With standard shipping, your order may take 5-7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping will not reduce personalization time, only the shipping speed.
